Thames Foreshore, Lambeth North, c. 1860
One of a series of photographs taken around 1860 of the Thames foreshore prior to the construction of the Thames Embankment in 1866.
It shows Doulton Potteries to the left of G. Tatum, H. Hawes and R. Bain, boat builders in the centre.
